Pre-Clean inspection.

Hydro pressure clean entire roof tile surface, removing all moss, lichen and surface grime.

Apply fungicidal wash.

Replace broken tiles, where necessary.

Repoint, rebed ridges and hips where necessary

Remove loose debris from gutter trough where necessary

Apply protective sealant, if required (Clear or Colour)

Moss Lichens and debris can block guttering, downpipes and soakaways.

WORKS CAN BE UNDERTAKEN ALL YEAR ROUND.
